What qualifies as a dental emergency?
Dental emergencies include severe tooth pain, infections, broken or knocked-out teeth, facial swelling, bleeding that won’t stop, and injuries to the gums, lips, or tongue. If you’re in pain or unsure, it’s best to call us right away.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major dental insurance plans and are happy to help you verify your coverage. Please contact our front desk before your visit to confirm your plan.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
No insurance? No problem. We offer flexible payment options and can walk you through our in-house savings plans to help you get the care you need.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins for urgent dental care during normal business hours. Calling ahead can help us prepare, but you’re welcome to come in anytime during our open hours.
What should I bring to my visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of medications, and any relevant dental history if available. Most importantly—bring yourself in as soon as possible if you’re in pain.
Can you treat dental infections or abscesses?
Yes. Dental infections can become serious quickly, and we’re equipped to treat abscesses, prescribe antibiotics, and relieve pain—fast.
Will I get treated during my first visit?
Yes. Our goal is to provide immediate relief. Most patients receive diagnosis and treatment (or pain management) during their first visit.
Do you offer sedation or pain relief?
Yes. We offer local anesthesia and can prescribe pain medication or antibiotics when appropriate to manage discomfort and infection.
